A: No, you do not need to do any prep work or pour concrete in the area prior to our delivery. This being said, we do set and level each building and if there will be something in the way, please have it removed prior to delivery.
A: We have several financing options available to fit almost every person’s financial situation. Please ask your sales professional to explain them or consult the financing tab on the home page of this website for further descriptions.
A: Each building is placed on a marine grade treated 4”x 6” skid. When level, they are placed on concrete pavers. There should be no wood touching the ground after leveling is complete.
A: Generally, it takes 45 days for your building to be manufactured and delivered. Every custom building is different and we do not necessarily have everything on hand to build it. It takes approximately 3-5 days for paperwork to process and another two weeks for materials ordered to come in. At that point, the building is scheduled into production to be built. After the build is completed, please allow an additional two weeks for delivery.
A: Yes, we are one of the very few that do offer a build on site option when you purchase your building. Please ask your sales professional about this option.
A: Financing through Lease Management Services (LMS) should not go through any of the Hawk offices. LMS is located in Abilene, Texas and can be reached at 325-701-7706. You can arrange payments in a number of ways including auto draft and online.
A: We do deliver on weekends on a case-by-case basis, but this should be made clear during the sale and arranged through the transportation department.

A: Yes, the transportation department would like for you, the buyer, to be present during the delivery of your building to insure proper placement, and to insure that you inspect your building at time of delivery for accuracy.
A: Most municipalities require a basic building permit for any building over 200 sq. ft. that should be obtained by the land owner prior to delivery.
A: There are NO CUSTOMIZATION CHARGES. Each and every building is built to your specifications to meet your needs. Customizing buildings for our customers is one of the many advantages we can offer you at Hawk and we don’t charge any more or less if the building you choose needs to be built vs. one already in stock.
A: Because we build our buildings to meet new housing code, price matching is usually not an option. The majority of our competitors simply don’t construct their buildings to meet the high standards that Hawk does. IT’S WHAT WE DO, and it is usually why they are cheaper both in price and in construction. However, we do offer several cost saving programs to help you purchase your building.
A: In many of our markets we have relationships with crane companies, so we can help facilitate this type of service. We also offer onsite building services as an additional option.
A: Yes, you the customer are responsible for fence removal and replacement.
A: Stock buildings with no additions can be delivered in 14 days or less. Custom buildings are generally available for delivery in approximately 6 weeks.
